Dell introduced a unique monitor with the model name P4317Q last month. Beyond being a 43-inch 4K monitor, it can also act as four independent displays in one monitor. When showing four displays, they each have FHD resolution of 1920×1080.
One computer with four outputs, two computers with dual display outputs, or four computers can all feed into the monitor. You can then use a (sold separately) KVM switch to switch between the displays for using the keyboard and mouse. The optimal setup is for financial systems or software development where some of the displays are primarily displaying information while the other displays are used interactively.
