Microsoft has done a great job reaching their target audiences with recent announcements. Last week’s BUILD conference is for developers and the keynotes touched on Azure cloud capabilities and other related offerings from Microsoft. The company’s first Ignite Conference, held in Chicago this week, combined a number of other conferences and provided announcements targeted at IT Professionals.
The Ignite keynote covered a wide spread of Microsoft products and is quite convincing that Microsoft is coming in full tilt with this line-up.
Some of the top announcements include:
Office 2016 Public Preview now available
Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics public preview
Skype for Business broadcast meetings
Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 2
Microsoft Azure Stack, System Center 2016, and Microsoft Operations Management Suite
Skype for Business Server 2015, Exchange 2016, SharePoint 2016
SQL Server 2016
Continuum across devices
Office Delve
