Microsoft created this Evolution of the IT Pro infographic. It covers the history and personalities involved in personal computing since 1974. The point of the graphic seems to be to allay fears that jobs are going away. Does the cloud mean the end of the road for the IT Pro? There has been plenty of change in the industry and if a person can rise to the challenge to learn and master new things, they will be just fine. Stay informed, diversify your skill set, and keep an eye on the future and we’ll all still be here down the road.
