The husband asks for the password so he can order pizza online. The wife responds by saying Little Caesars pizza is hot and ready, you don’t have to order it online.
The joke is the husband assumes that her response is the password. Using the first letter of each word in the phrase would get you LChh&rpsucjwiago, perhaps that’s what he thought the password would be.
