iOS 8

There was no word on OS X 10.10 Yosemite’s release date, Apple’s desktop operating system.

Apple Watch

The Apple Watch, not the previously guessed name of iWatch, is designed to be the perfect pair to the iPhone. It uses the crown of a traditional watch to navigate the interface such as scrolling or zooming. The Apple Watch allows interacting with your iPhone, fitness tracking, and a new interface to communicate with others. It has multiple bands and faces to add style to the watch. The Apple Watch will be available in early 2015 for $349. Apple’s press release on the Apple Watch has all the details.

Apple Pay

Apple also announced Apple Pay, a payment system that stores your credit card information on your phone and allows you pay retailers with your iPhone using NFC and Touch ID.

Apple hopes to do what others could not like Google Checkout and PayPal Mobile Wallet.
