Amazon Fire Phone available for pre-order

Amazon’s Fire Phone uses Fire OS, Amazon’s fork of Android, and is exclusive to AT&T. The phone will ship on July 25th, but you can pre-order now.

Fire Phone is a 5.5″ tall phone with a 4.7″ display at 1280×720 resolution with a 2.2GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. The rear camera is 13 MP with a 2.1 MP front-facing camera. Storage comes in 32GB or 64GB options with free cloud storage on Amazon’s services. Buying the phone also comes with a year of Amazon Prime service.

You can see the full list of features in today’s press release or from the Amazon listing for their new Fire Phone. Additional information is available for developers that wish to take advantage of the Dynamic Perspective SDK or Firefly SDK.

The 32GB Fire Phone is available for $649 without a contract or $199 with a two year plan. The 64GB version costs $100 more.
